Would explain why it appears when the car is hot as the oil thins out a bit. I'd do an oil pressure test.

Has been on the car ~3 years with many drift events and haven't had an issue.

This engine doesn't have pushrods or anything of that nature. The camshaft pushes on a shimmed cam bucket that sits on top of the valve/valve spring.

I agree with nis350, check for exhaust leaks.
