same issue here - I also get a mild humming noise with the buzzing of the wheel. I've talked to nissan and after buggin them for a while they've agreed to replace the left wheel bearing just in case...

I've got the front and rear's and I'd def recommend getting both - the rear has 3 adjustment options ( I have it in the middle) and it makes the rear feel more composed, esp in the faster corners
