Try turning the crank pulley to the stuck point...

Try turning the crank pulley to the stuck point and do a back and forth and try to locate the sound. Try to identify if it comes from the valvetrain or the bottom of the engine.

If you intend to keep the car as it is right now performance wise I'd get an Exedy clutch kit along with the ZSpeed CMAK clutch slave cylinder. It is better to do this job only once and properly.

The original tuner made things right and richened up the AFR. He also disabled secondary o2 sensors. Car is a bit less snappy but does not pull timing anymore.
