Nissan Bulletin No: 020/10 - it clearly states 19's as standard fitment, so if anybody tells you differently they are probably trying to sell you a MY09 coupe, that may be made in early 2010.

They will do a mild update from September 2010, for a MY11. They always do that, and then for the MY2013/4 they may give it a major overhaul. Its what happened with the 350Z and wouldn't be surprised...

I concur with the earlier post - give it a light wire brush clean and use some hard enamel paint to cover it up, possible use some rust inhibitor before painting aswell. That should fix the problem,...
