The Part (B85A51E000AU) cost $259.20 and consist of four sensors mounted into the rear bumper. I get some pics up on the weekend. Overall I'm happy with it doesn't look too obtrusive.

Is the rear visibily really that bad that this is needed.
Everytime I see those sensors in the bumper they just look shyte, no offence, but if they are needed then I can understand.

If you reverse park allot, you would get quite proficient at it and wouldn't need the park assist. However, with the park assist it does make parking a lot easier. The real problem is pulling out of a parallel park, this is where a reversing camera with a wide angle of view would be good. The park assist doesn't help in this situation.

I would have the same ones, only annoying thing is though that when i start the car with the stick in reverse, they continually beep until i go into neutral then back.

How loud is yours? I find it's too loud, frightened the crap out of me this morning when I put it in reverse.

Well it's loud but not overly loud, I've never crapped myself from putting it in reverse lol

However.... you can hear it pretty loudly from outside to the point that my mate thought I had put reverse beepers in the car so I don't run over anyone... I think they just beep from inside the bumper on mine, yours speaker might be placed in a different location or something?..

Mine sounds like its coming from behind the passengers seat. I've attached the instructions that came with the kit. Is this the same as yours?

Hmmm, not sure I never got the instructions with them because they were installed when i bought the car, but from the details it seems about right. They would be using the same ones anyway if they are installed at nissan.

Thanks! This device can become very handy if you have kids running around or parallel parking in an extra tight spot!

Heres a pic showing the park assist installed. I don't think they look too bad considering the advantages. From a distance you don't even notice they are there.

I got front and rear parking sensors and reversing camera (Alpine)!

Visibility at the rear is shocking and front sensors make parking easier since the front is long.
