I have them. I can't say I noticed any definite gains, but I can say they're alot better looking than the corrugated ones. I would think they did more good than bad in terms of performance...

You can do ModShacks tubing, or just buy the Cobb Tunning post MAF replacement hoses. A little pricey, yes, but fitment is pretty good, and they look nice.
