A/C clicking noise inside

2010 370 100K miles. With A/C on Auto loud clicking sound in the cabin. When you cancel the A/C clicking goes away. With fan on A/C off no clicking. Sound is coming from the dash area above the glove...

2010 370Z, just replaced the battery and the windows do not raise after door is open/closed. Also audible alarm is not working. please point me in the right direction.
