Metal gaskets are best.

Nissan uses metal exhaust gaskets on the car from the factory because they work best. Using RTV or a metallic cardboard style gasket does not provide the same heat resistance or durability as the OEM...

I would say to go for the Z and you will love it as long as you don't need a back seat. Big upgrade in looks as long as you get the sport package, and a big horsepower increase over what you have....

Yes, you can sit there as long as you want after the light goes green. It will add time to your reaction time but your 1/4 mile timing doesn't start until your car moves forward.
