^He provided great info. I would suggest getting and installing some SPC rear toe bolts and taking it back for realigning. Your camber should be fine once you get that toe zeroed out.

Ya, this definitely isn't suspension related. I just don't see how the AC could trigger a sound within the suspension. It has to be a mount or bushing related.

Looking to sell my Swift Spec-R lowering springs. They have under 5,000 miles on them. Lower the front 1.2" and rear 1.0". Rates are front 10.0kg and rear 10.5kg. They will come in the original box....

My Z1 front slotted rotors do the same thing. It's really not a big deal. Paint them if it bothers you. I've painted them in the past, now I just deal with it.
