I've got a set of four bolt-on type 20mm wheel spacers for sale. They were used on my 2012 Touring Sport. They will come complete with everything you will need. I don't recall the name brand but here are specs:

20mm
5x114.3
66.1 inner and outer hub-bores
12x1.25 thread pitch

I would guess around 5,000 miles on them. My 2012 only has 23k miles on it
