Got off the phone with my local mechanic at the dealer. Sent him the pictures. Not broken.

He also has no clue how it popped out. However (fortunately) it can be popped in. Not easily, though....

Yeah, I looked through most of the TSM. It's the lid on the console pocket. Behind (toward the back of the car) the shift knob. All the "exploded views" and such in the TSM for that area show it...

Plastic clips: Wheel well.

Just looking, and noticed that my front diffuser(?) wasn't flush with the bottom of my bumper on the side. Looked inside my wheel well, and the plastic panel in the wheel well wasn't really attached...
