Not sure about the z but in the G you must remove some of the trim panel to get to the lower nuts/bolts. They are 8mm in size.

That video is really sad. However it looks more like the car is lazy when hot like its sucking in hot air with the AC running on full blast which results in lower power. I still see the delay though....

He pretty much bought the equivalent of a Nismo 370z in G37 form. The difference in speed and acceleration is really not going to be a big of a difference to the point of where he'll be disappointed...
