Unless he's low risk for wheel theft and can't find any that look good with his current set of lugs. But generally speaking, yes. Wheel locks are better than nothing. That is why I have them on my Z even though I garage it at night and park it in a small 9 car lot during the day at work. I'm definitely low risk.
