I thought these were legit questions... no one has any input? Just looking for a little assurance before I dive into the mods... ya know?

So let me get this straight OP, you're upgrading your Rays factory forged wheels to some cheap made in taiwan cast wheels just to have differenct wheels on the car? Well, personally I would just install spacers or get the NISMO wheels for the car. But if you insist, the fronts should almost be flush with the fenders after the spacers and the rears will also almost be flush with those spacers. You'll definitely need longer studs for those size spacers. Also, make sure the spacers are hubcentric.

Also, your timelines seems about right in regards to what order you should do things.

The TSW Nurburgring are rotary forged, not cast... they are lighter than stock wheels, and people on the forum have used them before and liked them.

Made in Taiwan makes them cheap and not worthy?

I purchased them because they make a matte bronze that I like, they are the style I'm looking for, and the price and performance others have reported was enough for me to justify purchasing them.

I don't understand why you didn't just offer up some friendly advice, why the bashing of my wheel selection? Why even offer up your "personal" preference at all? This is not helpful, it only makes me (and possibly others) not want to ask the forum for help.
