rotating tires going the other way

I have Hankook tires that need to be rotating and don't want to take them off the rims.

arrow on the sidewall indicating a direction of rotation Is it okay to rotate tires going to opposite way of the arrow?

But what's the point? I assume you want to even out the wear you're getting in the rear?

the inside of the tires has more wear then the outside. so I want to even it out.
okay nevermind...I have to take them off the tires to even it out. rotation is not going to do anything for the back tires. the wear is still going to be on the inside.

yah, next time get asymetric tires. atleast those have inner treads with reinforcement belts to help reduce wear on the inner tread.
