Default Front wheel size help (20's)?

So, I've extensively read through just about every post on wheel size, offset, spacers, etc., but still need some advice from the pros.

Between these two front wheel sizes, which would be the best fit w/sport brakes?

20x8.5 et20mm
or
20x9 et30mm

The rears will be 20x10.5 et25mm if that helps at all for front/rear reference.

One last question. Of the two front wheel sizes listed, which would be more likely to have a more concave face? (TSW Mirabeau)

Thanks for the help!

Just say no to 8.5s. Don't go narrower than stock.

In all honesty I would love to but, I'm concerned with clearance up front. The car will be lowered on ARK springs. I don't want to rub at all and I also don't want a ton of tire wear from camber (daily driver). Could I do 20x10.5 up front with none of those concerns as issues?
