Question Need help with fitment

Got a Base model 370Z on stock heights

Gonna be picking up volks te37 tta from a seller on here.
19x9.5, +22
19x11, +23
5x114.3

Will these fit just fine without any rubbing or issues?

And what tire size should I be getting for these setup ??
I was thinking RE-11
265/35/19 Front ?
305/30/19 Rear ?

Someone please help me figure this out.. Thanks!!!!

265 should be fine at front. But I wouldn't go any wider.
