Default steering wheel shaking after installing h&r springs and proj kics spacers

I had 20mm & 25mm project kics spacers installed on my Z yesterday. Along with h&r springs. I have NOT gotten an alignment yet. I am experiencing a lot of shaking on my steering wheel even at around 30-40mph. I am still on my oem sport wheels. Does anyone know if they are the spacers causing the shake? or the alignment? The spacers do NOT have hubcentric rings but I was told they were not needed w the oem wheels. Looking forward to any advice from you guys.. thanks in advance

Incorrect spacer install. Take them off and reinstall them.

It could be several things but I'd check the spacers first.

I thought that spacers that do NOT have hub centric rings cause wheel bearing failure. Can somebody please confirm this. Thanks.

Like what everyone said, check the spacers. I mean, the car wasn't shaking before the spacers, now it is, so that pretty much narrows it down.

How in the world does your alignment cause shaking? I think they're full of it.
