Help with Offset etc
Hi all
I have never been 100% on how offset etc works and wonder if you can help, I am looking at some wheels Available in 19×9.5, 19×10, 19×10.5 and 19×11, with offsets of 0 to +30 and in 5×114.3 and 5×120 PCD’s. Just wondered if someone can help me choose the best configuration for my 370Z GT Ultimate, as my little head is hurting don't really want it rubbing thanks |

Regarding offset: I know how it works, but can't figure out which offset is correct for our wheels. Best bet, speak with the shop that's selling the wheels, they usually have a better idea of what clears than us interweb people.

Here's a great tool for figuring out all this offset stuff.
Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com Also our cars require the 114.3 X 5 bolt pattern. Anything else won't work. You'll most likely also need some hubcentric rings for your new wheels to make sure they fit up properly.

Our rims are 5×114.3.
The offset will depend on what kind of stance you are looking for and your suspension. If you want advice, provide that info first. The width of the rims will depend on what the manufacturer has available. You wan tot go with 9 or 9.5 in the front and 10, 10.5 or 11 on the back. Last edited by cooltoy; 09-28-2013 at 06:39 PM. |

Im running 19x10 + 0 and 19x12 + 0. Im stretching the tires with 235/35 (f) and 275/35 (r). I'm not running camber bolts/arms.
Its quite an agressive setup. Its really up to you to do your own reaearch to find out how weak/agressive you want your setup to be. |
