Open End Lug Nuts with Stock 18's

... searched a little but didn't find anything definitive, except for Gorilla as a possibility. Anyone know of any open end lugs that will work on the stock rims ?

No, buy a set, hack the tops off.
DO NOT BUY GORILLA, the width of the nut is too narrow for the washer and will bend your washers into the holes of the wheels.

I have first hand experience, and if you want a set of lugs, I'll ship you a set for $40

Yep, hack the tops of the caps off. The outer shell is fairly thin and not too bad to cut through.
