Having issues seeing the picture on my phone, but I'm guessing it's the idiot bolt that's meant to prevent people from putting their rear wheels on the front of their Z.

Pretty common bolt, several threads on it:
whats with the odd bolt sticking out when putting front spacers on? does bolt needs to be remove from front wheels? |

It will leave a threaded hole. Not a problem. My new rotors didn't have the threaded holes so we left them off. Didn't appear to affect balance, but I haven't had it checked.
