Looking at 18x9.5 35 offsets, square set up. I have 20mm spacers on now. Will I have any issues with the fitment?

Depends on the size tires you are going to run and what kind of drop you have.

should be fine. i run 9.5+46 with 285s with no problem and 10 +34 also with no problem. need the spacer on the rear to push them out though.
