Default Bolt in middle of rim bolts

Anyone know what this bolt between the tire lug nut bolts?

The oem rims have a large space to accommodate this bolt. The new rims I purchased from tire rack do not.

Just trying to figure out how to resolve. Thanks for any insight and advice.

It's there to prevent you from putting the rear wheel to the front.

You can remove it with using a 12mm if I remember correctly on the size.
Trips and wheee! like this.

I see these threads every where! This bolt is good to hang on to for when you go to remove your rotors. Being the correct size all you do is take the sleeve off and it pops them right off. So if you remove it, hang on to it so you don't have to search for the correct size/thread bolt when the day comes.
