Default Lugnuts for stock rims and extended studs

I went from spacers + z1 extended studs on stock wheels to aftermarket wheels with open ended lug nuts and everything has worked out fine. Now I'm getting into track work and want to put stock rear rims on the front of my car for a square stance. Problem is I don't have room for a 10" rim plus my 15mm spacer to make the stock lugnuts work. What are my options for open ended lug nuts that work with stock rims so that I can run my 10" rear wheel on the front without the spacer?

You have to cut the tops off of the stock lug nuts to get it to work. No one makes an open ended lug nut for the stock rims that I know of.

That's what I had to do when I did the ARP extended studs.

I’ve got them, I just don’t run enough camber for 275 tires plus spacers on a rear wheel.
