Default New Tire Time

I drive street only. spirited driver. but also just. a cruiser as well. and am now leaning toward stock tire sizes continental extreme contact sports . this seems the best choice for my driving and getting some tread life. etc....... anyone running these. ? thx d

I am, they have been great. It sounds like we use our cars about the same.
They are pretty quiet on the hwy as well. I’d recommend them.

Not a bad tire, though most on the forum run Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, whether stock size or upsized.

It will depend on driving habits and overall use. I had the Continental extreme contact sport tires and got 20K out of them. They don’t make a lot of noise compared to some tires. They have good dry and wet traction is one thing I noticed. For my street tires I was not very happy with the overall tread wear though. I’m thinking of trying the Yokohama Advan Sport
A/S+ tires next for street tires.

Look into the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. It'll be my next tires. IMO best balance of performance and value.

with geokots and Zingston.
I've had the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s for 3 yrs (03/2018) & 24k+ mi.
I'll probably need to replace the rears next year. Love them and difficult price to beat.
