with the following specs 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 what are the best tire size to run?tried using the search option but there were too many posts

Tire size is related to offset, it sounds like you need to do some reading about wheel and tire sizing works. I am guessing you have +22 front and +12 rear which is the common setup

Short safe answer: 245/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear, same as nismo factory so it assuredly works
