Daizy got new shoes today...

So, my way too early opinion of the Firehawk Indy 500’s is... Awesome tires for the money! Super quiet and sticky. I can actually hear the radio over the road

Awesome tires for the money! Super quiet and sticky. I can actually hear the radio over the road noise and exhaust now. Only got about 50 miles on them so far so take it for what it’s worth, but you can’t beat 4 tires, road hazard and installed for under $950.

My only concern is the “W” rating, but I don’t plan on making a habit of prolonged driving over 155 MPH.

These blow the stock Potenza’s out of the water in grip and sound. Not really fair to compare, I know, but I take it as an omen that my right front tire went down as I was pulling into the installers lot.

Nice! I've had those tires for about 10,000 km now and I have no complaints. Such a bang for the buck. The are rebranded Bridgestones R003! Check this thread out.

Firestone FireHawk 500

Nothing but good things.
