I currently have 245-50-18 on the rear,would like to go wider, what is a good width to try without any complications?

No,I bought it from Lexus dealer,that's what they put on it,it looks shitty,to tall and narrow,so,I want a wider correct profile tire.

Yes,stock 18s,I do plan on going wider when I burn through these tires.
