Plasti dip*
First ask yourself why you want to plasti dip wheels on a 370Z (this isn't a Honda) Then if you feel that you must do this, do it yourself.

Plastidip is garbage. However, if you feel like you need to treat your Z like a Civic and rice it out, then at least do it yourself. It's easy. And luckily, it's easy to peel off when you come to your senses.

Like others have said, skip the plasticdip. If money is the issue save, save up and have some one powder coat them or keep them OEM color. By just keeping the whole wheel clean, barrel and face you will get more looks and complements then you ever would with plasticdip.

I'm all for it. Look up some youtube videos, its an easy DIY for cheap.
I plastidipped my entire '11 before I totalled it.

The good thing about plastidip is that it is temporary. I have done mine a couple of times but always end up peeling it and going back to the original. It's all personal preference I guess. I like to change things constantly, so for me plastidip was the way to go.
