Satin or Gloss Black wheels?

Just purchased me a 2011 370z Touring Sport Package with 18k Miles! Super excited! I want to paint the wheels black. Should I paint them satin black or gloss black?

I think they came factory black too right? Does anyone know if they are a gloss or satin?

This looks like a satin:

While this looks more gloss:

Thanks

wouldn't spend any money on doing stuff to stock wheels

they'll be dumped when you get better wheels anyways

Hope this helps as well. I went with Matt Black instead of Gloss Black. The main reason is because matt will hide dust better than gloss will. I'm very anal about keep the car clean. I had a set of Gloss Black wheel on one of my C6, I said "never again". What ever you go with, make sure to post pictures of the wheel.

I powder coated wheels on my Corvette once and had problems with them balancing afterwards. Anyone have problems with this on the Z?

Congratulations on the car - it looks lovely. You've made the right decision to go for satin.

I ended up sending that car back ( had it delivered) they gave me a 7 day money back guarantee. The front end had been resprayed poorly- orange peel and junk in the paint everywhere...

I ended up buying a 370z Nismo with the gun metallic wheel color - so dont need to paint anything anymore..! Thanks everyone!

Yea, the original owner purchased it with zero miles mid 2014 although it was a 2013 so the thing is like new and certified so it has warranty for 4 + years left and so clean underneath...without any rust at all! Found that out doing an oil change this weekend ...my god 16 bolts, 9 clips and 5 screws ...thats 30 bolts etc.... Also got new tires michelin super sports...ride is less harsh.
