What will 40 offset do?

8 isn't too narrow is it? That's pretty much stock isn't it? Also what would be an ideal offset so it can sit flush with the wheel well all around?

Why would you buy new wheels and not go wider?? Stock base wheels are 8" wide up front and 9" in the rear IIRC.
