Default 370z Front Left Hub - What is that extra post?!

Installing new TSW wheels on my 2014 Z, took off the OEM wheel, and noticed this extra post between two of the wheel bolts. The TSW front wheels don't have a space to accommodate whatever that post is.

Please help. Can I remove that post? What is it?

I tried to add images below, but I know even less about blogs than cars, if that's possible.

Thanks
SM

its to prevent mounting rear wheels in the front. Just remove it and enjoy your TSWs!

Yes, it can be removed

The purpose of it is so you don't install the oem rear wheels in the front.

Almost everyone who's gone aftermarket have removed them with no problems.

Thanks guys. Easy enough. Even as clueless as I am, don't see how I could mix up the rears and fronts, but I suppose it's possible.
