You may have the wrong protocol selected. IIRC, the 370Z uses ISO 15765 but don't hold me to that. Try selecting different protocols or use the auto setting, if available.

I have no idea. Just making a guess based on past experience with industrial control equipment. When all else fails, RTFM.
I also suggest checking the adapter/cable connections and verifying you have any required drivers installed.

I've read through the whole whopping 20 page UpRev installation manual and the only thing I can find ISO K line related is a fuse marked yellow in a print so I'm unsure what to do with the very little information I have about it. Unplug the fuse maybe? Even then seems to me like that would disable my ISO even worse not help it out. Maybe I did just have a bad connection at the OBDII port or there's a wiring harness unplugged somewhere that I'm unaware of. I think I'm just going to call UpRev first thing this morning and see if they can point me in the right direction.

Push the big white block in the middle of the fuse panel in. (not thr fuse the arrow pointed to)

So you DID find an answer to your question Red! This is awesomeness your screen shots in your thread are EXACTLY what my computer looks like to a "T" I thought about asking you if you found your answers but I noticed no one had commented on your thread so I figured you were left as confused as I. I will try this ASAP and hopefully it fixes my problems. I'll keep you posted wont be till about 12 am Ohio time though as I have to work both of my jobs this evening -.-

God I hope this works. I can't wait for 12 now. Yeah nothing was making sense to me my cable has the tuner license the files weren't locked I was lost until south tuned in and told me it has something to do with the car itself pretty much. So I got in the Internet to do a little homework on the car and only found that schematic for a Gen 3 fuse there was little to no info on the problem. we must be two needles in a haystack I guess Red.
