Default Which UpRev should I get?

Sorry for newbie question, I'm planning on getting my car tuned with UpRev soon at the Z car garage in Nor cal. I am looking into the difference between each package and not sure what's best for me.

So he's just selling the license which is retail $300
Then there's the Standard which is retail $500
Then there's the Tuner which is retail $700

I have no tuning experience but I'd like to learn how to tune some day as I intend to keep this car for long. Which one do you think I should get?

Should I just get the Basic license and take it to the shop? Will i still get the 5 maps with the basic?

If I get the Tuner version, can I still take it to the shop to have them tune it with 5 maps?

My understanding between all these versions is that Basic comes with nothing, Standard is a basic with a Cipher cable, and Tuner version is a basic but with a tuner cable with a software, can someone confirm with me and suggest what I should do for now?

If you want to be able to mess with it yourself buy the tuner package (PM me) and then just have the shop do the dyno tune. Otherwise I always recommend having the standard package and just paying the shop for the dyno time... That way you can perform OBD2 diagnostics like checking and clearing codes with cipher, reflash back to stock and sell it used, or easily reflash updates to the tune yourself without going all the way back to the shop

Flash = pro tuner provides the license, and are the only ones who can tune it. no cable is provided
Standard = only pro tuners are able to tune your car, you have a cable that allows you to scan/datalog, more or less meant for those in the middle of no where and require remote tuning
Tuner = all of the above, you and/or a pro tuner are able to tune your car
