Default Error Code P0605 Internal Control Module Read Only Memory (ROM) Error

I plug up my Osiris tuner just to clear my O2 sensor codes for my exhaust until I get a tune and I got this third code, P0605 Internal Control Module Read Only Memory (ROM) Error. As far as I could find, it has something to do with the power output of the ECM, correct me if I'm wrong. I was just curious if this was something I should be worried about and bring to the dealership's attention. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've already googled that and that page. But it didn't clarify the seriousness of the code. Thats all I was really trying to get out of this thread. lol. thanks for the response though!

Wellllll. It's either fairly minor (loose power or ground wire), or really major (bad ECM).
Clear the code. If it doesn't come back, don't worry about it. If you get it again, check the wiring and/or take to someone who can check out the ECM.
