to tune or not to tune

I am really leaning toward getting my car tuned by seb from specialty z w/ his off the shelf package but I was wondering will I feel a noticeable difference in power before I pull the trigger. I want my car to be a little more preppier; I currently have a stillen gen 3 cold air intake, motordyne intake mannifold, and full catback exhaust system, and im not "planning" to add anything else so I think im ready for the tune.
