Data logging
So my question is can I data with my buddies ecu tek cable, but I was tuned by my tuner with ecu tek?or do I have to transfer my license over before I can data log.

You shouldn't have any problems logging data on your vehicle with any Ecutek cable. The license is not tied to the cable.
