Seems that running HFC will sure give you a P2098 code, running too lean. For those that got this code, how were you able to resolve the issue? I know

Engine Code P2098
Seems that running HFC will sure give you a P2098 code, running too lean. For those that got this code, how were you able to resolve the issue?
I know some say to get a tune but the problem is, I already had a tune and then this happened.
