Cool, did you go to Seb? I got 301 with stock cats. Wish I could go hi flo but really don't want the emissions issues.

Never mind thumbnail loaded now.

Yeah I took the car to his shop.. he did an amazing job.. go High Flow, just put the oem cats back for smog check. I think some people have even left them on during testing.

I know the right people but it's still about 400.00 a test and I think it gains about 12hp or so. Not sure I'll miss that, car is plenty fast to have fun already.

Something I didn't know and just found out today. California doesn't do the sniffer (tail pipe) test on 2000 and newer cars anymore, only obd test.

No I know what he meant and it still costs money to have the test done since if I remember right (it's been years since I've kept my smog license) it is now mandatory jail time to fake pass cars. Still have to do the visual and can try to plead ignorance if caught but the cats are all serial numbered now with an easy access to look up if it's Ca legal. I believe it is also jail time now for the owner for removing the cat. The rules just kept changing and the extra .50 an hr for the license wasn't worth keeping up with all that crap vs the risk of fines for missing something on a bar sleeper car.
