Default Do I need a retune?

I have AAM TT setup with ecutek tune.
Just got a great deal on id1000 injectors and Walbro 485 pump. This is the start of making my car E85. I know to run E85 I will need a retune but till than, can I install the part and somehow modify my tune to work with the change? I am not looking to get more power for now but want to be able to drive the car and push it. I do have the software and cable for the ecutek.
