FYI, if you want to learn about the Garmin Catalyst - find them useful, since I own one, helps understand
Hi Dave If you have a Garmin Catalyst, or you're thinking about purchasing one, come to a chalktalk next Tuesday, November 22nd. I'll be joined by two experts from Garmin - members of the development team - to cover the following: What's new with the Catalyst Introducing & demo-ing the Catalyst mobile app Answering your questions We're also doing a fun project together. We'll ask you for your Optimal Lap videos so we can create some track guides. We'll give you info about this (an opportunity to showcase your driving!) during the chalktalk We will be doing two chalktalk sessions, one scheduled to suit those of you in Europe, and the other for North America (and one of these should work for those of you in other parts of the world): Session #1: (European) at 8:30pm Central European Standard time/7:30pm GMT: https://event.webinarjam.com/register/99/ylng6iw5 Session #2: (North America) 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific: https://event.webinarjam.com/register/100/241nwi22 Yes, you do need to register, so please click on either link to sign up. You'll then receive an email with login info for your chalktalk session. If you haven't used the new Catalyst app, you're going to like it a lot, especially with the updates that are just coming out. I hope to see you online next Tuesday. Ross

An interesting item I found out from the session, was about the Garmin Catalysts App for the phone. It allows you look at your data and the part I found interesting was compare your times to other catalyst users from that track.
