You can drive them down in the teens if you want. You just need to wait for them to come up to temperature which takes a while. Some tires do

You can drive them down in the teens if you want. You just need to wait for them to come up to temperature which takes a while. Some tires do have a minimum temp to be driven on or they will crack and become junk.
