Anyone know a good tire shop that won't scratch up the rims around SW Houston?

Be very careful about this. I just recently had two wheels chipped up at Firestone on my tire install. They manned up and fixed them for me but needless to say I wasnt happy with it.
Wherever you go let them know that you do NOT want your wheels chipped up and you will make them fix or replace the wheels before you allow them to work on your car. Ask them if they are capable of doing your size rim. 18, 19, or 20 I assume you have on yours. After the install, physically wipe your finger around the lip of the wheels and check around where the lug nuts are installed. If any wheel is messed up go right back in and drag the manager out and make him/her look. Ask for a rental car to be arranged while your wheels are being repaired. This was painful for me and I hope the same does not happen to you but be sure to take it to a reputable shop that will back up their work.

I use Discount Tire at Airport and 59. They've never damaged any of my rims in the 10 years I've bought tires from them.

Agreed. They should wash the wheels also instead of reinstalling covered in fingerprints and smears.
