Awesome, because I want to apply for an "Address change" because I lost my DL... Well... Costco lost it...
And I have a pic of my old, OLD DL. And I can't do it online because the numbers at the bottom don't match.
But I can mail my info in with JUST the DL number

I'm not saying I lost it, just changing the address and I'm having it sent to a CA address. If I say I lost it and I'm out of state I have to send a bunch of info.
And to update the address you need to give your DL number


But I have had one DL update already, and I only have my original DL number. So if it has changed once, then I'm screwed
