Nismo Performance Academy at COTA
so the invites went out and the event is next weekend, but what are we supposed to do on the day we won't be at cota? i have 2 options for you.
For those attending the nismo event at cota: if Ur interested in making next weekend a full weekend, here are 2 options we are working on. Let me know via pm if u would be interested in either.* Hey, how many of u guys would want day-long access to Harris Hill Road, for the day they are not at COTA? This would be $150 for the entire day, & as a guest of a member. They would have to use their own car, and have a helmet. This is also a great spectating track with a clubhouse, too, so drivers guests would be welcome to watch/hang out. See*www.harrishillroad.com* Second, could you give me an idea of how many would want to do kart racing at Driveway Austin on their L1 circuit, for the day they are not at COTA? This would be $25/race or $20/race for 3 or more races. Three is probably more than enough for most. On Saturday it would start at ~10-11AM & run for a few hours. On Sunday, it would again start at 10-11AM, but run until 5PM. On both of these days, the Nismo attendees & their guests would have exclusive use from start time (~10-11AM) for about 2 hours, and would get to do parade laps around the 3 circuit. On Saturday the track converts to cars only after lunch, but on Sunday it stays kart only until close, but open to anyone. See:*Driveway Austin Motorsports Academy and Retreat

I lived in San Marcos for 4 years and Harris Hill Road is a very cool track for those who decide on that. and $150 for the day is in my opinion a great deal.
I would go down there after class just to spectate, got to drive it a couple times in a supercharged roush as my neighbor was a instructor there. Very cool place. |
