Default 2009 370Z Nismo Stolen From Dallas, Texas

Hey all! Unfortunately my 2009 370z Nismo was stolen out of my driveway on 5/4/24 in Dallas, Texas.

The car is silver with a replacement black front bumper, large white scratches on the hood and both doors, and the nismo spoiler had paint fading. It also had a metal nismo shift knob and metal nismo oil cap. Texas license plate GXP84** with around 97k miles.

It was reported stolen so if anyone sees the car please call 911. If you see a listing for any parts that are mentioned above shoot me a message. If this isn't allowed feel free to delete. Thanks everyone!

This is horrible, I'm gutted for you

Also, how hard are 370z's to steal?

Slightly easier than your average car of the same age just because you have to disable to steering wheel lock to not get stranded. But the real safety system is our cars is that they are not high in demand and their are easier options, thanks Kia!

To me the video shows they had scoped the car out before. When I was 18 I had my 1998 chevy blazer stolen. Someone just started it up with a screwdriver and took it for a ride then dumped it.

My driveway is about 80 feet long and is totally dark with no lights. You cant even see the car from the street at night. So this definitely wasnt someone just stumbling on the car and deciding to steal it.

I've lived at my house for 5 years and never had any issue. 2 months ago a new landlord bought the place and told me I needed to be out by 5/9. During those 2 months he had a lot of workers working on the place and one drove a black 4 door pickup with silver rims.

On 5/4 it was stolen. It could be a coincidence but its just really weird it was stolen 5 days before I moved into a new house with a garage.

SWEET! My post got moved from the general section (where there are 209 people currently viewing the section) to the Texas regional section (where the last post was 7 months ago).

That should definitely help get more eyes on it!

The stolen stuff should be somewhere really visible for everyone.....otherwise it makes no fckn sense....

The forum isn't super active in terms of new posts, but I do see it's very well visited and I can say for myself, even before I joined it, it helped me a lot to learn about the Z's.

This should definitely be out super visible.
