anybody near here? I'm moving here soon and want to know what its like over there. And does anybody know of any laws against test pipes?

No one is going to know you have test pipes. They are suppose to check if you have a CEL when you get your inspection sticker, but Baton Rouge is the only place i know of that really enforces that rule.
