My experience at LTMW
I received my Ings N-Spec Kit, front/rear and side skirts I decide to enter the offset kings car show at the Formula D event in Long Beach. My next step was painting and getting the kit installed.
Next step was doing my research on who does a great job on painting and color matching; I did not want a MACCO type job so the search was on. I called and got general quotes over the phone and set up appointments for the shops to see what they would be working with, once seeing the kit many turned me down, few said they don’t work on aftermarket “STUFF” and some said “we are too busy” or the quote was unrealistic. So I had a shop see my kit and told me he was going to call me with a response, so he called me Friday March 21st, late afternoon. I picked up the phone and bam!!!! Lays the news and say No, we can’t work on your car. NOW I gave up on the fact that I was not going to make the event and I was never going to find someone to paint my kit. A friend of mind hits me up to see if I had found someone to paint my kit, I told him the scoop and mention to contact LTMW in El Monte, so I did and got a hold of the receptionist there and I begin to tell her what work I’m looking for to get done on my car, she mentions to email her with details on what I need to get done on my car and will have someone contact me as soon as they can. Fallowing morning, I get a call, gentleman begins to tell me who he is and mentioned that he read the email and asked me many questions about the KIT, he said he was very familiar with INGS+1 and said “yes, I can do the job” mentioned to me that he wont be able to work on it till Monday, March 31st because he was hosting an event at the shop and told me to stop by to see his work. Saturday March 29nd. I did attend the event and was blown away on the amazing quality of bodywork and paint they did on these cars. They did the body and paint work on many of the LIBERTY WALK show vehicles and a few other customer cars that showed up to the event to display there beauty’s. Monday came around quick and took my car over to LTMW, met up with Long and he looks at my car and kit and says he will have it done by the end of the week, left my keys went home. End of the week came up, I was dropped off to the shop and looked that they were still installing the kit and was once they were done I had a chance to see it and was stunned on how amazing the paint work was, the tone and color match was outstanding. At this point it was already late and I had to take the my car to Long Beach to drop it off and set up for the event happening on the following day, Long at LTMW told me after the show to come drop the car back off to finish the last touches on the car. Monday April 6, 2014, I dropped off my car and told me to pick it up the following day……. Car was ready!!! And I was happy with the quality work and outstanding customer service, the receptionist and all the techs were professional. My experience at LTMW was amazing and outstanding; I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for top notch work and quality that speaks for itself……. IMG_7830.jpg BEFORE!!!
