Unhappy Engine rumbling on NEUTRAL, acceleration drags, feels slower all round

When I'm sitting in my car and it's on neutral (& E brake) my car rumbles about every 15 seconds like the engine shivers or something. Not too loud but you can hear it. My next oil change is on...

Thanks for the response... I think I will be leaning more towards 255/295...I plan on a lowering system sometime early next year so i don't want a mess involving hitting the finders etc
