370 nismo doesn't have a Y pipe, it does in fact have an H pipe. Unless your talking about the s-tune exhaust.

my entire NISMO exhaust is coming off very shortly at Fast Intentions in Simi Valley. If you want, we could arrange something for the H-pipe. PM me an offer.
